Description:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bus Washer to join our team. This role is essential in keeping our motorcoach fleet clean, safe, and professional for our passengers. The Bus Washer will be responsible for washing, detailing, and maintaining the cleanliness of our vehicles inside and out, as well as supporting the operations team with light facility upkeep, and running shop errands.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Cleaning: 

• Wash and clean motorcoaches, minibuses, and company vehicles using automatic wash bay equipment and manual methods.
• Detail vehicle interiors including sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, cleaning windows, and emptying trash.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any damage, safety issues, or needed repairs.
• Re-stock on-board supplies (restroom items, paper towels, sanitizer, etc.).
• Perform light facility cleaning tasks as needed to support overall operations.
• Follow all safety and company policies while operating cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Physical Requirements 

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible schedules.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, reaching, standing for extended periods).
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Desired Qualifications

• Prior experience in vehicle washing, detailing, janitorial, or related work is helpful but not required — we provide training.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.

Salary Range:

• Average Hourly Range: $15.00 – $22.00 per hour
